180sqm2 Duplex prices 2010:
Low season 01/11 → 01/05: 50 € a day
Mid season : 01/05 → 15/06 and 04/09 → 31/10 : 80 € a day minimum 2 days
High season 16/06→ 24/07 and 14/08 → 04/09 : 110 € a day minimum 5 days
Very high season 24/07 → 14/08 : 900 € a week, 1700 € two weeks, 2500 € 3 weeks

45sqm2 Studio flat prices 2010:
Low season 01/11 → 01/05: 25€ a day
Mid season : 01/05 → 15/06 and 04/09 → 31/10 : 50 € a day minimum 2 days
High season 16/06→ 24/07 and 14/08 → 04/09 : 80 € a day minimum 5 days
Very high season 24/07 → 14/08 : 600 € a week, 1100 € two weeks, 1500 € 3 weeks

discounts are given for long terms booking or early booking , please don't hesitate to ask us you may be surprised!!!

Booking terms:
25% of the stay should be paid at booking, then the rest will be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Deposit : 350 € at arrival
Cleaning fee: 60 € not obligatory, house should be cleaned at departure, if not we take 60 € from the deposit

Cancelation fee:
more than 12 weeks before arrival, everything will be refund.
6 to 12 weeks , 50% of the account will be refund.
4 to 6 weeks , 25% of the account will be refund.
less than 4 weeks, no refund
In case of we rent the house on the same conditions, we'll reimburse your account.

Payment facilities:
We accept credit cards with a 3,5% majoration with our paypal partner.
We accept bank transfert.
We accept cheques (only in France.)
