Booking terms:
25% of the stay should be paid at booking, then the rest will be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Deposit : 350 € at arrival
Cleaning fee: 60 € not obligatory, house should be cleaned at departure, if not we take 60 € from the deposit
Cancelation fee:
more than 12 weeks before arrival, everything will be refund.
6 to 12 weeks , 50% of the account will be refund.
4 to 6 weeks , 25% of the account will be refund.
less than 4 weeks, no refund
In case of we rent the house on the same conditions, we'll reimburse your account.
Payment facilities:
We accept credit cards with our paypal partner.
We accept bank transfert.
We accept cheques (only in France.)
